About the Role

A marketing supervisor who develops and executes marketing plans, strategies, and campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales, supervises a team of marketing professionals, analyzes market data, and coordinates with other departments to align efforts with business goals. Key responsibilities include market research, creating promotional materials, managing events, monitoring campaign performance, and fostering relationships with vendors and stakeholders to achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develops and implements comprehensive marketing strategies and action plans to drive brand visibility and product sales.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Campaign Management: Oversees the creation and execution of advertising, branding, and promotional campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and events.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting: Conducts market research, analyzes performance metrics, and generates reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving marketing effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborates with internal departments, such as product development and sales, as well as external partners, like vendors and agencies, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Brand Development: Ensures brand consistency in all marketing materials and activities, and helps manage public relations efforts.
  • Human-Centric Marketing Approach: A human-centric approach to marketing places people, not products, at the center of all strategies, focusing on understanding their values, needs, and emotions to build authentic relationships.
